Commercial Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICR)

An EICR is a comprehensive report on your business's fixed cabling covering all your Commercial Electrical Installation. Any checks are categorized into three levels of urgency: Code One (C1) are extremely urgent issues and will need immediate rectification. Problems with Code Two (C2) are issues that pose a potential hazard, but these can often be fixed later. Code Three (C3) issues are only recommendations that the electrician offers and not considered unsafe, general guidance or best practice.

    All buildings with EICR should be tested routinely. The recommended frequency of EICR Certificate Cost depending on characteristics such as the use of the premises and the level of risk involved.
